this hotel has so much potential but falls terribly short. the water park was overcrowded and the staff were not exactly the beacon of friendliness. it was also shockingly inconvenient to have to leave the pool area just to get a snack. Expect no special treatment. I certainly didn’t receive any, despite my expectations.

Awesome water fun!
Had a blast with the kids at the water park. The slides were epic, and the staff were super friendly, especially with our little ones. The buffet was decent, but a bit too repetitive for my taste. Oh, and if you're looking for sunbeds, you gotta be an early bird! good vibes all around.

I had an absolute blast enjoying the salty thrill of the water park, where massive slides made every splash a victory! Securing a sun lounger was a breeze at the waterpark since there were so many sparkling pools to choose from. Breakfast was a treat, offering a delightful selection, and I always found a perfect spot to fuel up before the day's adventures!

the minura is a lovely hotel with access to a fantastic water park. it was never too busy, so we could always grab a sun lounger. breakfast was great, with lots of options, and the staff were super friendly, especially towards our kids. we appreciated the clean pools with jacuzzis to relax in after a long day of fun.
